Mini strategy reviews will take place each half term following assessment and progress meetings with each year group’s teaching staff in order to analyse,  evaluate and review interventions.

 

The impact of Pupil Premium Grant spending will be measured by:

  • Half termly tracking of pupil attainment and comparing to non-Pupil Premium peers
  • Half termly tracking of pupil progress and comparing to non-Pupil Premium peers
  • Cohort tracking of pupil progress and attainment comparing to non-Pupil Premium peers
  • Reviewing individual pupil’s personal and social development and well being through the use of Pupil Profiles
  • Comparing the progress and attainment of Hollywood Pupil Premium Grant pupils with comparative schools, Birmingham schools and National
  • Professional dialogue with outside agencies and stakeholders with regard to specific interventions and pupils who are supported by these
  • Monitoring and reviewing attendance, lates and persistence absence of Pupil Premium children
